Our story
We started Aquorio because we kept seeing the same thing across every growing business we worked with: great teams stuck inside half-built tools. A CRM that nobody updated. A WhatsApp number routed to one person’s phone. A phone system that didn’t talk to anything else. Customer context scattered across five tabs.
The hardest part was never the technology. It was understanding the workflow well enough to design something the team would actually open every morning. So that’s where we put our energy. We spend the first week of every engagement watching, not building. We ask the operations lead what slows them down. We ask the sales rep which screen they hate. Then we design backwards from there.
We build for teams across India — D2C brands that need WhatsApp at scale, B2B sales teams running structured pipelines, and support operations that want their phone, chat, and CRM working as one tool.
We’re still small on purpose. Small teams ship faster, miss fewer details, and care more. That’s the part we’re not in a hurry to change.
